  • Delivery Foods: A chef delivers a meal prepared by them to the User’s location, offering serving suggestions and additional details.
  • Thematic Events: The Company organizes themed events (e.g., weddings, birthdays) with custom menus created by professional chefs.
  • “User” or “Client” – An individual, company, or legal entity that visits or uses the Website and its Services.
  • “Professional(s)” – Individuals or companies contracted with www.privatechefserviceschania.gr to provide services through the Website. Professionals engage solely with the Company, not directly with Users.

Services

Through our platform, we provide Users with professional meal preparation services. Users may review available services and submit requests by providing the necessary details.

Service listings on the Website serve as invitations for offers rather than binding commitments regarding availability or execution time. The Company reserves the right to reject any service request before a final contract is formed. Until the contract is established, the Company is under no obligation, and the User has no rights to claim services.

A service contract is finalized when the Company formally accepts a User’s request via email. The Company does not guarantee the formation of a final service contract.

Users must ensure the accuracy of any information submitted and update it when necessary.

The Website operates as an online platform where Users submit service requests, which the Company may accept at its discretion. The Company does not pre-screen User content and is not liable for it.

Fees & Payment

Users must pay for selected services via:

  1. Online credit card payment – Processed securely by an authorized financial institution.
  2. Bank transfer – Payment must be confirmed before service provision.

A deposit of €85 is required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due upon service completion. For the Personal Chef service, an additional fee of €45 per day applies, with a minimum charge for two (2) days.

Users may also rent equipment, which must be returned in excellent condition within two days. Any damage or delay in return will incur additional charges.

Right to Withdraw

Users may withdraw from a service agreement within 14 calendar days of its confirmation unless service provision has already begun. If withdrawal occurs within five (5) days before service commencement, the deposit will be retained.

Withdrawals must be submitted via email.

If a Professional withdraws from an agreement, the User will be notified and refunded within 15 business days.

Intellectual Property

The Website’s name, logo, design, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Users are granted a limited right to use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

Liability Disclaimer

The Website and services are provided “as is” without warranties. Users access the Website and book services at their own risk. The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, service delays, or loss of content caused by third parties.
